They’re hiring their first dedicated Product Manager, partnering directly with founders and engineering to shape a category-defining product in a high-stakes environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead discovery with hospital teams
- Turn complex workflows into clear specs, flows, and prototypes
- Drive user-facing features
- Align with Platform engineering as needed
- Build simple, repeatable product processes
- Ship end-to-end: discovery → build → adoption
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years in B2B product within regulatory environments
- Strong UX instincts; able to prototype without a designer
- Background in regulated or reliability-critical products
- Clear communicator with first-principles thinking
- Comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity
