Duties

Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials to ensure smooth workflow.
Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently under supervision.
Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to perform tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, or installing fixtures.
Support team members in lifting, carrying, and positioning heavy materials or equipment to meet project specifications.
Conduct safety inspections regularly to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of waste properly and storing tools securely.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Report any issues or delays promptly to supervisors to facilitate quick resolutions.

Skills

Strong physical stamina and the ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
Basic understanding of construction processes and safety procedures.
