Requirements:
- Project management and implementation experience including a strong understanding of both the functional and technical aspects of the IT package.

Experience at multiple successful package implementations.

Leadership abilities and team leader experience.

Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to work well with clients and other consulting groups.

Previous retail industry experience, ideally gained in information systems, merchandise management or general retail consulting roles.

Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

Ability to develop an understanding of the customer’s business and to interpret that understanding.

Ability to understand the ‘big picture’ and to identify and resolve key issues.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer and internal ‘to do’ lists.

Strong customer focus.

Good attention to detail and ability to see things through the customer’s eyes.

Strong sense of ownership and commitment.

Ability to provide training to user community.

Ability to travel is a must as you will be on the road approximately 75% of the time.
