We are expanding our leadership team with a CTO who can architect, scale, and operate enterprise-grade GPU cloud platforms, high-density compute clusters, and fault-tolerant data-center systems.

Role Overview
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the technical vision, architecture, and engineering execution across DigiPowerX’s cloud and data-center technology stack.
You will design and operate large-scale GPU clusters, cloud orchestration systems, enterprise integration layers, and mission-critical infrastructure serving Fortune 500 and government-level customers.
This is a strategic and hands-on executive role responsible for shaping DigiPowerX’s long-term technical roadmap for compute, cloud architecture, network engineering, and secure AI infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Cloud Architecture & Platform Engineering
• Architect a high-density GPU cloud platform capable of scaling from hundreds to thousands of GPUs.
• Design multi-tenant and dedicated private cluster models.
• Lead development of orchestration, automation, and infrastructure-as-code systems.
• Integrate Kubernetes, Slurm, Terraform, SSO/SAML, VLAN isolation, and API provisioning.
Data Center Integration
• Align cloud systems with DigiPowerX Tier III modular data-center design.
• Optimize GPU rack density, liquid cooling integration, and high-voltage power delivery.
• Oversee network architecture: BGP, VXLAN, SDN, L2/L3 segmentation.
Security & Reliability
• Implement and maintain SOC 2 security controls.
• Build HA/DR strategies for large-scale AI workloads.
• Oversee 24/7 monitoring, incident response, and infrastructure reliability.
• Manage security hardening, audit logging, identity management, and access controls.
Customer & Enterprise Support
• Build onboarding pipelines and enterprise tooling for GPU-intensive workloads.
• Provide architectural leadership for model training environments, inference pipelines, and HPC operations.
• Work closely with enterprise customers to design and deploy secure compute environments.
Leadership & Execution
• Build and lead engineering teams (cloud, SRE, DevOps, network, security).
• Drive innovation, engineering standards, and long-term platform architecture.
• Own the company-wide technical roadmap.

Required Expertise
Technical Background
• 10+ years designing or operating large-scale cloud platforms or HPC/GPU clusters.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, high-performance networking, and container orchestration.
• Experience with NVIDIA GPU infrastructure (A100/H100/B200/B300 preferred).
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Slurm, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 audits and enterprise cloud security frameworks.
Leadership Skills
• Proven track record managing engineering organizations.
• Experience supporting enterprise and government customers.
• Strong communication and ability to translate complex systems into business outcomes.
