Jump into a hands-on role building remodels, additions, and full-home transformations. You’ll help lead on-site work, coordinate with subs, keep quality high—and play a key part in helping the company grow, with room for your own growth too.
You Bring:
- 5+ years of residential remodel experience
- Strong carpentry skills, blueprint reading, and material estimating
- Ability to work independently and lead on-site tasks
- Your own tools, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
- A positive, team-focused mindset
