About the Role
My client in the family and entertainment and media industry is seeking a Project Manager to join their Digital Services Team. This person will play a key role in driving high-impact projects that span digital strategy, data, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives.
The Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent projects—ranging from short-term deliverables to multi-quarter strategic initiatives—ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communication are effectively managed across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in fast-moving, creative environments where digital and operational priorities intersect.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and track multiple projects simultaneously across the Digital Services Team, ensuring key milestones and deliverables stay on schedule
• Partner with senior leadership to define project priorities, align business objectives, and drive results across digital, data, and operational workstreams
• Create and maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation using tools such as Airtable, Jira, Google Workspace, and Excel
• Communicate effectively across departments and with leadership; identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies
• Lead meetings, status updates, and presentations with confidence and professionalism, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned and informed
• Promote collaboration across departments, fostering an environment of transparency, accountability, and creative problem-solving

Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of project management experience, preferably within digital strategy, operations, or data-driven organizations
• Proven success managing cross-functional projects from planning through execution and delivery
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills; able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Technically savvy and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Airtable, Jira, Google Suite, and Excel
• Experience supporting data analytics or data science initiatives is a plus
• Capable of creating contingency and communication plans for projects with “at risk” timelines
