Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to support the Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program to support those effected by both the Altadena and Pacific Palisades fires. PROGRAM OVERVIEW: The Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program (CCP) is a short-term disaster relief grant program available to states, U.S. territories, and federally recognized tribes. CCP funding provides states, territories, and tribes additional assistance to address the behavioral health needs of disaster survivors through community-based outreach, crisis counseling, public education, resource and referral linkages, and other supportive behavioral health services to survivors of natural and human-caused disasters.
The positions will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and are initially funded through 06/30/2026.
Pay Rate: $47.25/hr working 40 hours a week
Location: Positions will be full time, fully inperson Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm and will be a combination of office work based in LA, along with frequent travel to Altadena + Pacific Palisades and field work including providing support at various community events. Mileage reimbursement is based off current IRS standards at 70 cents per mile (as of 2025).

Qualifications:
- Two years of post Licensed Marriage Family Therapist OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker experience in a recognized social services or mental health care setting involving problems of mental or emotional adjustment and the use of psychiatric consultation. Must have recent experience providing daily administrative oversight to a team, with technical supervision of licensed clinical staff exercised in accordance with scope-of-practice guidelines.
LICENSE: A valid, active license as a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker issued by the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs, Board of Behavioral Sciences.
