- Mustbewilling toworkovertime onweekends,holidays,andafter-hourswhenon call
- MakedailymechanicalcheckonequipmentintheMechanicalRoom,Roof,HVAC,EMSsystems, refrigerated cases and walk-ins. etc.
- Maintainallrefrigeration,HVAC,EMSsystems, electrical,andmechanicalsystemsandmakenecessaryrepairs.
- Performs preventative maintenance tasks, leak checks, inspections and records required information and maintainsjurisdictionallyapplicablerecords,EPAformsandrequireddocumentationinbothpaperformatstore and electronic in Corrigo and Trakref.
- MonitorspreventivemaintenanceworkdonebyoutsidecontractorsandnotifiesAreaRefrigerationManager of issues or problems with outside contractors.
- Responsiblefortroubleshootingrefrigeration,HVAC,mechanicalandelectricalproblems, performingrepairs, documenting solutions and recommending further action.
- Maintainsahightechnicallevel introubleshootingandmaintenanceofmechanicalandelectricalequipment.
- Managecommunicationsforservicecallsinatimelymanner asrequired.
- Maintaincurrentlicense, inspection,permit,andcertificaterequirementstomeetallstateandlocalcodes.
- OperatesEMSbuilding controlsandautomationsystems.Finetuneoperatingparameters.Adjustsetpoints and schedules. Fully understand and modify building control sequences and operates the EMS / BMS systems.
- Performavariety ofadministrativetaskssuchas:orderingmaterial andwritingpurchase orders,anddataentry for work reports and refrigerant leak reports via company supplied electronics.
- Performallduties inatimely,efficient,&professionalmanner.
- Maintainaneat, cleanandsafeworkareainmechanicalroom,roof,service vehicle, etc.
Qualifications:Thefollowingarepreferred:
EducationLevel
- HighSchooldiploma orequivalent.Graduat eofbuildingrelated vocational-technical programsarepreferred.
ExperienceLevel
- Minimumofthreeyearsrecent experienceperformingrefrigerationservice,ormaintenanceworkinbuilding related trades.

- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
- Abletoperform dutieswithahighdegree ofaccuracyandcaretoavoidmechanicalbreakdowns.
- Abletorespond todirectandradiorequests assoonas possible.
