Role description
We are seeking an experienced and technically adept Technical Program Manager TPM to lead strategic marketing programs that enable personalized datadriven customer engagement at scale You will be responsible for driving the endtoend execution of digital campaignsfrom audience segmentation to funnel designpartnering closely with engineering analytics product and marketing stakeholders
This role demands a strong mix of technical depth program management rigor and business acumen with the ability to operate across both execution and strategic levels
Own full lifecycle of digital marketing programs requirement intake segmentation strategy audience sizing campaign orchestration and measurement
Lead crossfunctional efforts across engineering data science and marketing operations teams to ensure timely and highquality delivery
Drive sprint planning backlog grooming dependency tracking and release readiness in an agile environment
Translate marketing goals into scalable audience segmentation logic using SQL and Cosmos DB
Design and implement funnel strategies tailored to campaign objectives acquisition retention reengagement
Drive audience sizing overlap analysis and activation efficiency across channels
Partner with engineering teams on data pipeline validation code reviews and campaign logic implementation
Perform deepdive analysis to resolve data discrepancies ensure query accuracy and optimize data quality
Participate in schema design campaign data modeling and scalable segment execution framework reviews
Serve as the key liaison between marketing engineering analytics and compliance teams
Present project updates funnel metrics and campaign health to executive stakeholders MBRs QBRs
Maintain alignment across global stakeholders with transparent status reporting and risk mitigation plans
7 years of experience in Technical Program Management Martech or DataDriven Campaign Execution roles
Proven experience with SQL advanced and Cosmos DB or equivalent distributed databases
Deep understanding of audience segmentation digital funnels and campaign orchestration in largescale B2BB2C ecosystems
Handson familiarity with campaign automation tools Adobe Dynamics 365 Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar
Strong background in AgileScrum project management JiraADO proficiency preferred
Experience working with marketing analytics audience performance metrics and conversion tracking
Familiarity with data governance compliance frameworks and marketing consent management
Exposure to Azure Data Factory Power BI or Looker for visualization and pipeline coordination
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive decisions across technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Previous experience working with growth marketing or lifecycle automation teams is a strong plus

Benefits
Compensation range: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
