COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PLUMBERS
Airco Mechanical, a leader in the commercial mechanical, electric and plumbing industries is now accepting resumes for the position of Commercial Construction Plumber. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and test plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including water supply lines, waste and vent systems, fixtures, and gas piping
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and building plans to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Cut, thread, assemble, and install pipes and fittings using hand and power tools
- Read and follow project schedules and instructions provided by foremen or supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with other trades to ensure proper coordination of systems
- Identify and report any design or installation issues to supervisors
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and company standards
Requirements:
- Current Journeyman or Master plumbing license
- 2+ years of experience as a commercial construction journeyman plumber
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record
- Able to pass a background check
