Discount Fence USA is hiring a Project Manager to oversee residential fencing projects from scheduling through completion. This role ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, and with a great customer experience. A background in fencing or construction is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple fencing projects from start to finish
- Coordinate crews, materials, and schedules
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the project
- Monitor job quality, timelines, and resolve issues as needed
- Work closely with sales and operations teams
Qualifications:
- Construction or project management experience required
- Fence industry experience a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
