Position Summary
As the Manager of Project Management for SKG, we expect you to lead the Project Management Team in the spirit of the SKG Corporate Culture. The general expectations for manager of Project Management are as follows:
- Understand Corporate Culture and lead with that as your compass
- Understand Corporate goals and initiatives and where your team fits into the larger goal
- Represent yourself as a leader of SKG- both internally and externally
- Keep employee and client issues confidential from other employees or directors
Responsibilities
- Drive best in class deliverables and strategy
- Evaluate role and intersectionality to other positions
- Be part of on boarding process with all new Project Managers
- Lead the process improvement process for Project Management
- Meet with all project managers 2x/month
- Drive weekly progress and work load meetings
- Make sure all projects, regardless of size, receive the same deliverables: workbook tracking, schedules, order tracking, detailed daily reports
- Be part of client meetings, presentations, construction meetings when needed
- Be present for leadership meetings
- Ensure all Project Managers are trained to their job descriptions
- Make sure all Project Managers are part of Kick-Off meetings/Pre-Install meetings
- Do weekly roll up initiatives for Executive Team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
