Required Skills, must haves in bold:
- 5+ years of experience in vendor inclusion & development and sustainability.
- 3+ years of experience in indirect procurement, supply chain management, procurement operations or source to pay governance.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end source to pay process.
- Experience in being a member of globally distributed large-scale procurement teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; adept at using Excel and leading business intelligence tools such as Microsoft PowerBI.
- Proficient communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiar with procurement software and tools; experience with leading procurement orchestration tools, CLMs and Ariba helpful.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Operations or a related field (or equivalent professional experience in related fields).
