What You Bring:
· 10+ years of supply chain/logistics experience, ideally in FOOD or BEVERAGE
· Bachelor's degree required (Supply Chain, Business, or similar); Master’s a plus
· Proven ability to lead and scale teams across multiple locations
· Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication chops
· Bonus points for cold storage, perishable goods, and processing experience
