Our client in Hudson, WI is seeking an assistant to the project manager.

This is a temporary to hire position. 8-5 M-F $15-$17 per hour to start.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with composing work orders and assigning to appropriate vendor.
Assist with ensuring all work requests are completed in a timely manner.
Make call ahead to technicians to confirm scheduling.
Request deliverables and paperwork from technicians.
Resolve invoice discrepancies with technicians.
Discuss Scope of Work with technicians to ensure they are capable of performing.
Maintain written records of phone calls in database.
Communicate with office staff regarding status of work orders.
Conduct research to find new technicians in necessary areas.
Request vendor paperwork and update once received.
Assist with ordering materials when needed for projects.
Assist Project Managers as needed.
Assist Accounting Department as needed.
General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, scanning, filing and emailing.
Perform other related duties as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet. FileMaker knowledge a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Typing/computer processing skills.
Customer service skills.
Ability to establish priorities and multi-task.
