We are looking for a Middleweight IT Engineer to join our New York office. This role will sit within the IT Support and Infrastructure team, providing high-quality technical support to our US colleagues while collaborating with our global IT teams in London, EMEA, and APAC.
As a Middleweight Engineer, you will go beyond day-to-day support—helping to manage our device estate, optimize IT systems, and lead on small-to-medium IT projects in partnership with senior engineers. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical expertise and excellent people skills to support a fast-paced, creative environment. A huge plus if you have worked within the Marketing/Advertising space.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line IT support to colleagues in the New York office and remote staff across the US and the Americas region.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents relating to:
- Windows 11, macOS
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Conference room AV systems (Zoom, Teams Rooms, Yealink setups)
- Networking and Wi-Fi issues in the office
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes: account provisioning, laptop setup, security compliance, and training.
- Maintain and administer our device fleet using SCCM (Windows) and Jamf (Mac).
- Collaborate with global IT teams to roll out system upgrades, and global projects.
- Take ownership of local office infrastructure, including printers, hot-desking systems, and meeting room technology.
- Lead small infrastructure and improvement projects (e.g., AV refresh, Wi-Fi upgrades, office moves).
- Document processes and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members.

Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of IT support/engineering experience in a professional environment (creative agency experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of both Windows and macOS environments.
- Experience with device management platforms (Jamf, Intune, or SCCM).
- Working understanding of Active Directory / Azure AD administration.
- Familiarity with AV/conferencing systems and office IT infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a logical, methodical approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to support both creative and corporate staff.
- A collaborative team player who is proactive, adaptable, and client-focused.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
- Experience supporting SaaS applications used in creative environments (Adobe Creative Cloud, project management tools, etc.).
- Exposure to cybersecurity practices (MFA, endpoint protection, compliance frameworks).
