KidStrong is a fast-growing science-based kids training program that builds strong, confident and high-character kids. As we continue to scale nationally, it is an exciting time to be a part of our Warehouse & Equipment team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and staging equipment.
- Manage inbound and outbound freight, including LTL, FTL, parcel, and international shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory, conduct audits, and ensure proper storage and documentation of all equipment.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff while enforcing safety protocols.
- Partner with our Franchise Headquarters and Warehouse team to improve processes and support growth.
Who You Are
- 7+ years of warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain experience.
- Skilled in freight coordination and warehouse operations in high-volume or multi-site environments.
- Class II forklift certified (or ability to obtain).
- Strong leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with inventory systems, WMS, and basic computer programs.
