A leading construction company is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This position is 100% remote with minimal travel to the corporate office in Houston, TX. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of project managements experience in construction, engineering, or related field
- Open to strong experience in lieu of degree
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage project audits with contractors, ensuring scope and expectations are clearly communicated; review audit data for accuracy and completeness.
- Develop project solutions based on audit data; generate proposals and ROI analyses aligned with customer goals and margin targets.
- Draft detailed Scopes of Work; coordinate installations and resolve field issues to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain strong communication with contractors, support onboarding, and ensure use of required tools and platforms.
- Monitor project and contractor KPIs; collaborate to improve workflows and contractor performance.
