The Role: Plant Manager - Aerospace
Lead a $400M+ production site in Florida. Full P&L accountability. Oversee manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, maintenance so every function. Significant experience working with Boeing and other major OEMs is essential. Drive aerospace standards (AS9100, NADCAP, OEM audits) and operational excellence.
You Bring:
- 10+ years senior manufacturing leadership in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing.
- P&L leadership at a large site (>$200M).
- Deep working knowledge of aerospace OEM supply-chains and standards.
- Track record of leading multi-function teams, delivering operational results, margin improvement, large-scale manufacturing.
- Bold, visible leader based onsite in Florida, ready to own the business.
