🧩 The Role
As Vice President & General Manager, you will lead operations across two established Ohio sites and drive the successful launch of a new third facility.
This is a pivotal leadership appointment within a business unit that spans 12 sites globally, positioning Ohio as the largest and most strategically significant hub. You will be accountable for delivering operational excellence, scaling new capabilities, and leading a high-performing workforce through growth and transformation, a highly visible and critical role.
✅ What You’ll Bring
🔹 Demonstrated P&L responsibility for revenues in the $150m+ range
🔹 Proven senior leadership within aerospace, aviation, MRO, within highly regulated engineering/industrial sectors
🔹 Experience managing multi-site operations, ideally with exposure to greenfield start-ups and scaling
