Position Summary
We’re seeking a Quality Engineer to lead quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and support vendor assurance.
You’ll take ownership of quality initiatives across multiple locations, collaborate cross-functionally, and champion a culture of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality initiatives and LEAN process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency
- Validate and verify product and process quality against customer and internal standards
- Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and vendor teams to ensure compliance and performance
- Maintain key certifications and prepare for internal and external audits
- Guide continuous improvement projects using tools like FMEA, Pareto, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis
- Support vendor audits and supplier development initiatives
- Mentor quality coordinators and promote a Zero Defects culture company-wide
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing (automotive or industrial preferred)
- Proficiency in APQP, LEAN, and quality tools (FMEA, control plans, SPC, 8D, etc.)
