Overview
Our client is seeking a Project Manager II – Growth Strategy to support strategic planning and commercialization efforts across a suite of consumer financial products. This role focuses on shaping long-term growth initiatives, go-to-market strategies, and cross-functional execution.
The ideal candidate brings a strategy consulting mindset paired with strong project management discipline, and thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop 1-, 3-, and 5-year growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities and market expansion pathways.
- Support the execution of product and commercialization strategies, ensuring alignment across product, finance, marketing, and research teams.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform strategic decisions and future growth priorities.
- Collaborate across go-to-market, finance, and operations teams to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Work on long-term strategic projects with both tactical and executional components.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Develop frameworks, metrics, and dashboards to track progress, performance, and key success indicators.
Experience & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in strategy, finance strategy, or go-to-market roles (consulting or corporate).
- Experience crafting strategic frameworks, business cases, and operational execution plans.
- Proven ability to translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally across finance, marketing, and product teams.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
