We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a driven, detail-obsessed Operations & Project Manager to join our team. This person will help organize, manage, and optimize every moving piece — from project timelines and client communication to internal systems and team accountability.
The RoleYou’ll work directly with the founder to bring structure, clarity, and flow to a high-energy, fast-moving consulting environment. If you love taking ideas and turning them into organized systems, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track all client projects, ensuring deliverables and milestones stay on schedule.
- Create and maintain internal processes (project trackers, dashboards, templates).
- Support client onboarding, proposals, and follow-up documentation.
- Collaborate with external vendors, designers, and content partners.
- Maintain a pulse on project health — anticipating issues before they arise.
- Help streamline workflows using tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Notion.
- Provide regular progress updates and insights to leadership.
Ideal Background & Skills- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or agency coordination.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy — comfortable using productivity and project management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Bonus: Experience in consulting, marketing, or creative industries.
