Infrastructure Support Analyst - $100K+
Our client is a leading investment management firm, at the forefront of finance and with a global reach.
In their New York office, you’ll be key in providing VIP, 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support across EUC, desktop and infrastructure.
You’ll work directly with users to provide support across Office 365 and Windows 11, SharePoint and MS Team, mobile devices and network infrastructure (Cisco, Meraki etc) – A very varied role!
You’ll also be key in delivering VIP support, working with the C-suite and board to provide “best in breed” quality IT support.
The position will also cover infrastructure. You’ll have the chance to work on Windows Server engineer, Azure Cloud and DevOps and Intune.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of Service Desk, 1st and 2nd line support across Windows desktops, O365 etc
- Strong experience of VIP support, excellent communication skills and a very “user-facing” mentality
- Solid, broad, infrastructure knowledge across networking (Cisco), AD, mobile devices and hardware, Cloud (Azure), automation and DevOps practices
- A problem-solving, proactive approach to work
