Estimator / Preconstruction Services Manager

Corporate Construction Ltd. | Madison, WI | Full-Time | On-Site | Commensurate with experience

Lead the Way We Build

At Corporate Construction Ltd., we don't chase bids — we build partnerships. With 90% of our work negotiated and long-standing relationships with national accounts, we're not just winning projects; we're earning trust that lasts decades.

Now we're looking for an experienced estimator to join our Preconstruction Services Group — someone who can grow into a leadership role shaping how projects start, not just how they're priced. As our negotiated portfolio continues to grow, there's a clear path to leading this group, and we're looking for the person ready to earn it.

Why This Role Is Different

A real path to leadership. You'll start by making an impact on our preconstruction work, with the opportunity to take the reins of the Preconstruction Services Group as you demonstrate your expertise and build trust across the company.
Relationship-driven work. Say goodbye to low-bid commodity bidding. Our clients come back because they trust us — and you'll be the face of that trust.
A growing book of business. We're expanding our national accounts while deepening the ones we've had for years. You'll be at the center of that growth.
A company that invests in its people. Compensation commensurate with experience and at or above industry norms, plus 401(k), health, and dental benefits.

College degree
5+ years of construction estimating experience
