Position Summary
SHEIN is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst based in Bellevue WA. The team is a group of logistics and supply chain leaders driving KPI management, tracking actual performance for our first mile to last mile operations, reporting on cost and diving deep on saving opportunities. You will use solid supply chain knowledge and business acumen to build data analytical models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make insightful recommendations. You will be spearheading projects from conception to execution, holding business partners accountable, driving improvements, and delivering results.
We’re seeking a full-time Supply Chain Analyst for our City-based corporate office.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead data analysis by translating business needs into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making through high-impact reporting, data modeling, and performance analysis.
- Analyze logistics and supply chain performance across first mile, middle mile, and last mile operations, including transportation spend, delivery performance, sortation operations, customer returns, and marketplace analytics.
- Collaborate with internal teams, business leaders, and 3PL partners to deliver data-driven solutions that optimize processes, reduce costs, improve service levels, and drive supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key logistics, marketplace, returns, transportation, and 3PL performance metrics for business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by applying best practices in data collection, validation, reporting, and analysis.
- Track logistics and supply chain trends, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and performance gaps, and providing timely recommendations to management.
- Support the development of forecasting models to predict logistics needs, transportation requirements, customer returns volume, and overall supply chain performance.
- Support new channel launches by analyzing and coordinating supply chain requirements across all relevant areas, including first mile, transportation, sortation, fulfillment, returns, marketplace operations, and last mile delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on logistics or supply chain metrics.
- SQL proficiency is required. Other proficiency in analytical tools and languages such as Python, or R is a plus.
- MS Excel proficiency is required. Tableau proficiency and other data visualization tools like Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain concepts and metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
