Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Associate Technical Program Manager with the largest professional social media to support to support the execution of technical programs that drive product, platform, and content initiatives. This role is ideal for an early-career program manager who enjoys collaborating with engineering and product teams in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and comes with experience building bot within AI environment and comfortable working in AI.
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, Tuesday–Thursday)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end execution of technical programs, ensuring milestones and deliverables remain on track.
- Maintain project plans, sprint boards, and program documentation.
- Monitor dependencies, risks, and blockers, escalating issues as needed.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Operations, and Business teams.
- Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Track feature development, bug triage, and release readiness.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, meeting notes, and executive summaries.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience building bot within AI environment or comfortable working in AI
- 1–3 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Technical Operations.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Exposure to technical systems, engineering concepts, or data workflows.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Airtable, or similar collaboration tools.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, or program metrics.
- Experience with process improvement or workflow automation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $45 - $50 Hourly on W2.
