We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our operations team supporting the production of premium building construction materials used in high-end residential projects. What You’ll Do
- Improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Analyze production data and implement process improvements that reduce waste and improve throughput.
- Partner with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues.
- Develop and maintain standard work, process documentation, and engineering specifications.
- Support new product introductions, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and process optimization.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure manufacturing processes meet customer, quality, and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, process, or quality engineering.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, SPC, or other quality tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Experience with ERP systems, CAD, or manufacturing process documentation is a plus.
