Migration Manager Dallas, TX

Lead and coordinate application migration activities from on-premises to AWS Outposts.
Manage multiple migration pods and ensure effective cross-functional team collaboration (infrastructure, application, security, networking, database, operations).
Plan and execute end-to-end migration with minimal business disruption.
Track migration progress, manage dependencies, and ensure operational readiness.
Drive successful and timely delivery of migration waves according to quality standards.
Identify and resolve blockers and risks throughout the migration process.
Facilitate Agile delivery processes, including tracking via JIRA.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including AT&T executives and technical teams.
Ensure migration governance and compliance with enterprise standards.
Understand technical aspects of cloud (AWS), hybrid infrastructure, Linux/Windows platforms, VMware, networking, and migration best practices.
Take ownership and provide solutions to achieve migration targets and resolve issues.
Preferred: Experience with AT&T and/or enterprise-scale cloud migrations.
