The firm operates lean deal teams by design. Associates carry real responsibility early — IC materials, financial modelling, due diligence, board observer roles — and interact directly with Partners and Investment Committee members throughout.
The Role
- Full deal team involvement across origination, modelling, due diligence, IC materials and asset management
- Exposure across large-cap and mid-market across all infra sectors
- Entry-to-exit deal model — you follow a transaction from first look through to portfolio
- Board observer responsibilities on select transactions
- Direct interaction with senior leadership and Investment Committee members
Candidate Profile
- 1.5–4 years' experience as an analyst or associate at a top-tier investment bank
- Coverage in an infrastructure-adjacent sector
- Strong financial modelling capability — this process has a high technical bar
- Commercial maturity and genuine interest in infrastructure and operational value creation
