Are you Reliable, Responsible, and Caring? Do you have a successful background in commercial project management? Are you looking for a change and interested in how the supply side of the industry works? If so, come join the rk MILES Team! We are looking for a driven, hardworking and personable individual to fill the commercial project management role out of our West Hatfield, MA location.

As a member of our Commercial team, your responsibilities will include:

Review commercial project plans and specifications, product material takeoffs and turn them into accurate, competitive quotes.
Manage submittals and project documentation, coordinate material deliveries and plan in advance to keep projects on schedule
Maintain and grow new and existing commercial accounts through top-notch service, honest pricing and strong relationships.
Accurately prepare sales orders, quotes and proposals, by working closely with our support and estimating teams.
Work closely with our Vermont commercial sales team, building components division (trusses and wall panels) sales manager and ownership on strategic account development, pricing and project coordination.

Experience:

Qualified candidates will have an in-depth knowledge of building material products, their applications and specifications.
A proven background in project management at a commercial level. Must be comfortable on large scale jobsites.
While not necessary, a background in sales is a plus
Must possess strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to read blueprints, produce accurate and competitive quotes and manage multiple projects at once
Proficient in the commercial submittal process via construction management platforms such as Procore.
A knowledge of building component manufacturing (roof trusses, floor trusses, wall panels) a plus.
Proficient in computer software including Bluebeam, the Microsoft office suite, etc.
Must be a self-motivated, reliable team player with an open mind and a strong work ethic.
