The Role

We’re looking for a Field Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from kickoff through closeout — someone who thrives on-site, understands construction realities, and knows how to keep jobs moving without excuses.

This is not a desk job. This is boots-on-the-ground leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and manage field operations across multiple active projects
Coordinate daily with supers, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors
Ensure installations align with shop drawings, specs, and site conditions
Track progress, manpower, and production rates (and adjust in real time)
Identify and resolve field issues before they become delays
Work closely with engineering and fabrication teams to maintain flow
Manage site logistics, deliveries, and sequencing
Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance (OSHA/SCA standards)
Communicate directly with GCs, owners, and agency reps
Support change orders, field reports, and documentation

What We’re Looking For

5+ years experience in construction project management (steel, windows, or façade preferred)
Strong field experience — you’ve actually run jobs, not just tracked them
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and construction documents
Experience with NYC public sector work (SCA, NYCHA, DASNY, etc.) is a major plus
Proven ability to manage schedules, crews, and multiple moving parts
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
OSHA certifications required (SST)
