Signarama Huntington Station is seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to join our growing team.

We are a fast-paced, full-service sign company established in 1988, specializing in architectural signage, illuminated signs, vehicle wraps, ADA signage, wall murals, custom fabrication, permitting, and large-scale branding projects throughout Long Island, NYC, and beyond.

This position plays a key role in keeping projects moving efficiently from approval through fabrication and installation. This is an on-site full time role.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate multiple signage projects simultaneously
Manage project timelines, scheduling, and workflow progression
Communicate with clients regarding approvals, scheduling, and project updates
Coordinate with fabrication, permitting, purchasing, and installation teams
Assist in preparing estimates and proposals
Schedule site surveys and installations
Track project status and ensure projects remain install-ready
Help maintain organization within production and project management systems
Support internal operations and team communication

Qualifications & Experience:

2+ years of project coordination, project management, operations, customer service, or related experience preferred
Prior experience in the sign industry, construction, graphics, printing, architectural products, or related fields is strongly preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and follow-through
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
Professional and positive attitude
Experience coordinating schedules, vendors, installations, or production workflows is a plus
Familiarity with permitting, fabrication, or installation processes is beneficial
Experience with Microsoft Office required
Experience with ShopVox, Adobe Creative Suite, or project management software is a bonus
