Construction Field Technician – Residential Remodeling
Ground Up Builders | Full-Time | Los Angeles Area
Ground Up Builders is looking for a dependable and hardworking Field Technician to support our residential remodeling projects across multiple active job sites.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats—not limited to one trade—and able to assist wherever needed to keep projects moving.
Responsibilities:
- Travel between multiple job sites as needed
- Perform material pickups and deliveries (material runs)
- Assist project managers and field teams with day-to-day operations
- Support various phases of construction and remodeling projects
- Complete general labor and field support tasks
- Help maintain organized, clean, and efficient job sites
- Work across multiple scopes of work as project needs change
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of construction experience required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable driving and completing material runs
- Must be willing to travel between job sites
- Comfortable performing a variety of construction-related tasks (not limited to one trade)
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications (Plus, but not Required):
- Experience in residential remodeling
- Specialized experience in plumbing, tile, drywall, framing, painting, finish carpentry, flooring, electrical, cabinet installation, or general construction
- Ability to adapt and support different phases of construction as needed
- Experience assisting project managers and coordinating field tasks
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $–$ per hour (depending on experience)
