You will build the patient-facing experience for an AI Cancer Doctor providing expert-level care recommendations. As a growth-focused engineer, you’ll ship experiments weekly to drive patient activation and retention. Joining an elite team of ex-founders, you'll leverage a foundation model trained on 1B+ clinical events to improve outcomes for millions of patients.

What You Will Do
- Own the full patient lifecycle by building and instrumenting landing pages, onboarding flows, and activation experiments using React, TypeScript, and Python.
- Move at extreme velocity, pushing to production in your first week and running multiple live experiments per week to move the North Star metric of active users.
- Act as a growth-minded engineer, identifying friction in the patient journey and building features that directly impact clinical outcomes and patient retention.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record as an ex-founder or a sub-5th hire at a high-growth startup, demonstrating extreme agency and a bias for shipping high-quality code.
- Full-stack proficiency in React/TypeScript and Python, with the ability to own features from initial concept through to production and data measurement.
- AI-native workflow, using LLMs and AI tooling as a default to accelerate output, combined with a deep commitment to improving outcomes for cancer patients.
