Typical Project Profile: A PM will receive the job from a Salesperson, audit the furniture order, work with designers and salespeople to understand the scope, perform field verifications, schedule deliveries, estimate labor, attend construction meetings, advise client on data and electrical timelines, and consistently stay ahead of potential problems.
ABOUT US:
The Tambian Group is an established boutique PM Firm that contracts with Furniture Dealerships to provide outsourced PM services for furniture installations.
This opportunity is an ongoing FT position and the projects are dynamic and varied. Jobs run the gamut from updating bank branches with fresh furniture, to overseeing the installation of (500) cubicles over a few weeks or months.
- Allowances for phone, mileage, and healthcare.
- The PM must reside in the servicing area.
- Opportunities for out of state travel occasionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
