Responsibilities
The primary focus of this position will be to transport units to and from the auction in a safe and effective manner. Areas of responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assist the lot personnel in identifying units
- Assist in arranging sale number changes
- Coordinate with the search van in finding units off spot
- Responsible for dealer plate used for pick-up and delivery of units
- Responsible for the unit being picked up or delivered. For example: oil, water, tire pressure and fuel levels.
- Responsible to report any issues with the unit being picked-up or delivered to the lead driver
- Drive the most direct route as instructed by the lead driver
- Use the phone to report any unsafe conditions to the lead driver
- Ensure the dealership account number is displayed on the windshield
Skills
- Ability to lead and follow instructions
- Must be a team player
- Must be highly organized
- Valid TX Drivers License
