Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented construction professionals to join our team as Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers, both off-site and on-site.

Role Overview

As an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager, you will support and/or lead the planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of construction projects. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.

Off-Site Responsibilities

Off-Site responsibilities may include:

Preparing cost estimates and reviewing bid documents, proposals, contracts, and change orders.
Using 3D modeling and visual tools to create clear project representations for clients, project teams, and field crews.
Coordinating with owners, design teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
Supporting or leading project planning, procurement, construction coordination, and closeout.

On-Site Responsibilities

Field-based responsibilities may include:

Assisting with or overseeing daily job site operations from project start through completion.
Ensuring pre-construction documents, permits, drawings, schedules, and project requirements are properly organized.
Coordinating shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, inspections, and project logs.
Participating in project meetings and assisting with field-related decisions.
Maintaining daily reports, updated schedules, and project documentation.
Supporting communication between the design team, subcontractors, field team, and ownership.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields:

Civil Engineering
Architecture
Construction Management
Related construction or engineering discipline

Prior experience in construction management, estimating, coordination, or field operations is preferred. Candidates will be considered based on experience level for either an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager position.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, clients, and design professionals
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in construction software and tools: AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam or On-Screen Takeoff, Procore
