Manufacturing Engineer – Spartanburg, SC
Salary: $80,000 – $105,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are partnering with a leading manufacturing client in the Spartanburg area who is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and drive continuous improvement across the facility.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on improving manufacturing processes, supporting production efficiency, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing, improving, and optimising manufacturing processes
- Supporting daily production operations and resolving process issues
- Driving Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conducting time studies, capacity analysis, and workflow improvements
- Supporting root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Working with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams
- Assisting with new product introductions and process validation
- Supporting tooling, fixture, and equipment improvements
- Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
- Strong understanding of production processes and industrial operations
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or CI tools preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on approach with strong shop floor presence
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Package
- Base salary: $80,000 – $105,000
