Pay:$100-110K
Schedule: M-F onsite; flex start/end times
Our client is a small, close knit manufacturer that is part of a larger, international company. They are looking for you, an experienced hands-on Supply Chain Manager who solid management experience who thrives in a tight knit company environment. What You Get To Do
- Manage, lead and mentor a small team
- Manage the supply chain function to include supplier onboarding/procurement of goods, delivery of raw materials and finished product, cost reductions and inventory managment
- Forecast product demand and assist in planning manufacturing accordingly
- Communicate/coordinate with suppliers and logistics companies
- Work closely with Sales in scheduling of customer requests and improve customer experience
- Other duties and special project as needed...all hands on deck, team environment
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or Mfg Engineering
- 10+ years of relevant experience and solid management experience
- Stable work history, team player looking who loves Supply Chain and is looking for a long-term home
