- Compensation: $90,000 – $105,000 Annual Salary
- Type: Full-Time | Growth-Oriented Role (Senior Leader, 10+ Years Experience)
- Industry: Waste Solutions / Franchise Operations
Subcontain is an industry-disrupting waste management franchise bringing the proven Molok semi-underground bin system into the U.S. market, backed by more than 35 years of global success and over 270,000 installations worldwide. By replacing traditional metal dumpsters with cleaner, greener, smarter, and more innovative waste collection solutions, we are reshaping how communities, businesses, and municipalities handle waste. In a highly commoditized industry, Subcontain makes competition irrelevant by pairing meaningful innovation with exceptional, locally owned and operated service through our franchise model, one that is rapidly gaining national attention.
We are seeking a senior-level Fleet Operations & Supply Chain Manager to own and lead the development of our national fleet infrastructure. This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of fleet procurement, vendor partnerships, operational support, and training across a rapidly growing franchise network. This is not a maintenance or mechanic role; instead, this position acts as the central command for all fleet-related strategy, coordination, and support, ensuring franchisees have the equipment, partners, and guidance needed to operate efficiently from day one.
This role is designed for someone who takes ownership immediately, brings experience, leadership, and structure, and helps us build this function the right way from the ground up. You should be capable of providing direction, elevating the system, and leading without needing to be trained. This position is in-office, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Collaboration and speed are critical as we scale nationally.

- Telematics & performance monitoring: Leverage systems such as Samsara to monitor fleet performance, safety alerts, maintenance signals, and operational trends; provide insights and recommendations to improve uptime and efficiency.
- Maintenance network coordination: Establish and maintain a national network of service providers including mechanics, hydraulic specialists, tire programs, and emergency roadside support; ensure franchisees know where to go and how to respond.
- Training & certification coordination: Develop and coordinate training programs for fleet operations including crane operation, safety standards, and equipment handling; organize ride-alongs, vendor-led training, and LMS-based programs.
- Operational communication & reporting: Provide weekly updates on fleet builds, supply chain status, and vendor performance; maintain clear, proactive communication with internal leadership and franchisees to avoid delays and surprises.
