Role Description The Logistics Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. In this position, the Logistics Executive coordinates daily shipment activities, including order processing, scheduling, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. The role involves managing relationships with the warehouses, vendors, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
The Logistics Executive monitors inventory movements, prepares shipment documentation, and maintains accurate records in relevant systems. This role also requires responding to customer inquiries, providing shipment updates, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to meet expectations and support continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong logistics and operations capabilities, including Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated Customer Service skills and the ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, logistics or ERP systems, and shipment tracking tools.
