Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and assist with metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and precision.
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to create durable foundations and structures.
- Execute masonry work, including bricklaying, stucco application, and siding installation for aesthetic and functional purposes.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and schematics to complete various construction tasks efficiently.
- Read blueprints and schematics accurately to interpret project specifications and ensure proper execution.
- Conduct framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, drywall installation, and woodworking tasks with attention to detail.
- Support remodeling, restoration projects, and new construction efforts while maintaining safety protocols on-site.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and ability to follow detailed schematics and blueprints.
- Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, roofing, siding, plastering, and drywall work.
- Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment (such as forklifts or cranes), and woodworking machinery.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship standards.
- Familiarity with framing carpentry—including wood framing and metal stud framing—and trim carpentry skills.
- Excellent understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction sites; OSHA certification is a plus.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and interpreting technical drawings.
