Role Description

As the Marketing Director at Harris Aerial, you will lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include overseeing market research, creating marketing plans, managing campaigns, and aligning team goals with the organization’s objectives. This full-time, on-site role is based in Casselberry, FL, requiring hands-on collaboration with the team to boost brand visibility, engage target audiences, and support sales initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Marketing Management and Market Planning
Strong Video Editing background (Final Cut Pro, Adobe, or other)
Experience in conducting Market Research and analyzing industry trends
Proven skills in Marketing strategy and execution
Familiarity with Sales processes and the ability to align marketing strategies to support sales objectives
Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture strong customer relationships
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics is highly desirable
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the technology, aerospace, or drone industry is a valuable asset
