The Project Coordinator will support our Operations Team, Consultants, and Clients. This individual will support the execution of our Executive Coaching Projects, Off-sites, Leadership Development Programs, and Pathways by Leaderology. The Project Coordinator strives for continuous improvement, responds to and monitors internal and external client requests, administers assessments, and gathers data to help us consistently deliver excellence. They proactively leverage AI and technology tools to streamline processes and improve team efficiency. They have genuine curiosity about the rewarding world of leadership development and how we can all build fearlessly authentic leaders in our communities of effort. The Project Coordinator will report to one of the Project Managers, Natalie Shade, and will work with a fantastic Operations team.

Role details:
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00pm
- Salary: $60k annually ($29/hour)
- Location: Remote (Job candidates must be willing to work from home and be able to commute occasionally to Orange County or Los Angeles County, CA.)
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing, client-service, project management or administrative support role. We welcome recent graduates with relevant internship or work experience, particularly those who have worked directly with clients or external stakeholders and can demonstrate comfort with technology and AI tools.

The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Independently manage and execute tasks to support the successful rollout of projects.
- Support the project manager in managing the demands of multiple projects and clients both directly and through team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor internal and external client requests and respond to them in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner.
- Create, communicate, update, and support the Project Manager in executing project plans.
- Schedule client calls, leadership development sessions, and stakeholder touchpoints.
- Administer all assessments, such as 360-degree feedback, behavioral assessments, etc.
- Work with the Project Manager to begin taking ownership of project management processes.
- Manage and support the delivery of Pathways by Leaderology programs, including participant coordination, progress tracking, and program logistics from kickoff through completion.
- Leverage AI tools and technology platforms proactively to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and improve the quality and speed of project and client deliverables.
- Identify and recommend new technology features and process improvements across tools such as Monday.com, HubSpot, LearnWorlds, and others—staying current on platform updates and surfacing opportunities to enhance team efficiency.
