Master Project Scheduler | TSA – DHS Opportunity

Location: Remote; Onsite as needed (DC Metro Area)

Clearance: Minimum Public Trust Required

Job Type: Full-Time

Target Salary Range*: $50,000 - $80,000.

This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary

Position Summary:

Master Project Scheduler with expert experience managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for large, multi-project federal IT/O&M programs, including schedule governance, dependency management, resource loading, and critical path analysis

Required Skills:

Strong in enterprise scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera or equivalent).
Proven ability to manage high-tempo environments, multiple concurrent projects, schedule risk/variance analysis, and data quality/governance across schedule inputs.

Required Qualifications:

Experience producing reports, metrics, and briefings for leadership/government stakeholders, with strong cross-team coordination skills.
Bachelor’s degree (Business/IS/Engineering/PM or related).
5+ years relevant expert experience managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for large, multi-project federal IT/O&M programs, including schedule governance, dependency management, resource loading, and critical path analysis.
