TItle: Inventory Manager
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid)
Compensation: $75,000 Base
Our client is a rapidly growing omnichannel consumer products company seeking an Inventory Manager to support the continued scale of its supply chain and operations organization.
Reporting into Supply Chain leadership, this individual will serve as the primary owner of inventory accuracy across multiple warehouses, 3PL partners, and manufacturing locations. The role will focus on inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, physical inventory management, item master and BOM maintenance, inventory reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong inventory background, experience working within ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), and a proven ability to identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement sustainable solutions. This person will partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Customer Operations, and external logistics partners to ensure inventory integrity across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own inventory accuracy across warehouses, 3PLs, and manufacturing partners
- Lead cycle count programs, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliations
- Investigate inventory variances and drive corrective actions
- Maintain item master data, SKU setup, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Support inventory reporting, audits, and operational KPI tracking
- Partner cross-functionally to improve inventory processes and controls
- Ensure inventory transaction accuracy within ERP and warehouse systems
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of inventory control, inventory operations, warehouse operations, or supply chain experience
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience supporting warehouses, 3PLs, or co-manufacturing environments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
