About DwellSafe
DwellSafe is a clinician-governed home safety platform built for the millions of people – older adults and those living with chronic mobility challenges – who want to stay safely in their homes. Health systems, payers, and value-based care organizations send their patients through a guided home scan, reviewed by a licensed occupational therapist, and get back a clinically grounded risk report with a clear path to action. Falls cost the US healthcare system over $80B a year, and most of that cost is preventable. We’re seed-funded, growing, and building the infrastructure layer that finally makes home risk something care teams can see, score, and act on.
The Role
We’re hiring our first Head of Operations to work alongside the co-founders and run the operational backbone of the business. At our stage, ops and growth blur into each other, and we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with that mix.
What you’d be doing
- Build and own the systems that keep the business running – partner onboarding, patient flow, vendor management, internal tools
- Drive commercial work alongside the founders: pipeline, partner conversations, account follow-through
- Stay close to clinicians, partners, and patients, and turn what you hear into what we do next
- Wherever there’s a gap, fill it – this role flexes with what the company needs
What we’re looking for
- Has owned a function or a business before – you’ve been the person accountable for outcomes, not just a contributor
- Healthcare-literate, or genuinely curious and willing to get fluent fast
- Comfortable in commercial conversations – you don’t have to come from sales, but partner and customer dynamics shouldn’t be new to you
- High agency, strong instincts, gets things done without a lot of structure

NYC-based preferred, with potential for remote for the right candidate.
