Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all phases align with client specifications, safety standards, and budget parameters. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project flow.
- Oversee the review of blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, HeavyBid analysis, and civil 3D modeling for accurate cost control.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for document control, RFIs, submittals, and reporting.
- Ensure construction site safety standards are maintained at all times through diligent supervision and site inspections.
- Read and interpret construction schematics and blueprints to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Track project milestones and deliverables while managing time effectively across multiple projects.
- Facilitate contract negotiations and manage contractual obligations with clients and subcontractors.
Skills
- Extensive experience with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, construction estimating, contracts, and blueprint reading.
- Proven ability in project coordination within large-scale civil or heavy construction environments.
- Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines without compromising quality or safety standards.
- Deep understanding of construction site operations combined with hands-on experience in construction management.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams including engineers (), clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
