Qualifications:
3-5 years of commercial roof leak repair and maintenance. (Preferred)
Able to investigate roof leaks and repair commercial roofing deficiencies.
Able to perform small scale installations on low slope roofing systems. (ie. RTU Curbs, Pipes, etc.)
Strong knowledge of different roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal roofing).
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
